1. Appointment Scheduling:

Massage sessions are available by appointment only.

Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Deposits are non-refundable. Clients can reschedule their appointments and your deposit will be transferred over to their future booking.

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
3. Service Session:

The session duration includes a brief consultation and time for clients to undress and dress. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you receive your full session.

4. Late Arrival:

Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to ensure a full session.

Late arrivals result in a shortened session to avoid delays for subsequent clients.
5. Health and Medical Conditions:

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any health or medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the massage.

Clients with contagious illnesses or skin conditions may be rescheduled.

We won’t be able to perform prenatal massage on clients less than 16 weeks of pregnancy due to the risk of miscarriage associated with the first trimester of pregnancy
6. Client Comfort:

Clients should communicate their preferences regarding pressure, temperature, and any discomfort during the massage.

It is the clients’ responsibility to stop the session and address their concerns and modifications at any time during the session.
7. Therapist Requests:

Clients may request a specific therapist, and every effort will be made to accommodate these requests based on availability.
8. Professional Boundaries:

Inappropriate behavior or comments will not be tolerated. Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for the full session fee.
9. Personal Belongings:

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The establishment is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
10. Payment and Gratuity:

Payment is due at the time of booking service.

Our listed rates do not include gratuity. Gratuity is appreciated but not required. Cash tips are preferred.
11. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for sessions that were partially completed.
12. Hygiene:

Clients are expected to maintain good personal hygiene.

The massage establishment adheres to strict hygiene practices and ensures clean and sanitized equipment and facilities.
13. Minors:

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
14. No-Show Policy:

No-show appointments will be charged for the full amount of appointments by any payment method on file.
15. Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are available for purchase and must be presented at the time of service.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and have an expiration date.
16. Feedback:

Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience to help improve services.
